Who we are
TYMI is a brand of Bloomi Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (“TYMI”, “we”, “us”). For anything about your data, write to hello@hellotymi.com.
What we collect
If you join our list, we collect your email address and the date and time you signed up and confirmed. When we send you emails, our email provider records whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked.
We don’t ask for your name, your health information or anything about your period on this website.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to send you updates about TYMI — for example, when our first products are ready, or an invitation to test products and share feedback. We send these only after you confirm your subscription through the link in our confirmation email.
Who else handles it
Our email provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), stores the list and sends our emails on our behalf. Brevo stores this data in the European Union. Cloudflare, Inc. serves this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone for advertising.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to make sure we don’t email you again.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@hellotymi.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Children
This website isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your email, we’ll tell you by email first.
